“Phase Two: “Where you want to build”
Community! In one word this describes the area that will determine the location of your new home. Whether you choose one of our prime locations or an area of your desires, we are sure to produce a home to your level of your satisfaction.

“Phase Three: Quote proposal
When we give pricing its all inclusive with no hidden fees. All pricing is as upfront as possible. The best part of the process is there are no guessing games. Your costs are determined at each stage of your home design, keeping you close to your budget with no surprises in the end. “Phase Four: “ Planning and design”
Some customers have their own plans ready to go and others would prefer working with our team of professionals to design their dream home. No matter what route you choose, our team guides you through every step of the way. At Lapico, we take our customers thoughts and design initiatives serious and value their input. Its through this input that we are able to come up with a plan that suits their needs. This planning and design process is the same no matter what home you choose. Whether it’s 2000 square feet or 7000 square feet, the building process and attention to detail is the same across the board.

“Phase Five: “The Building Process”
The building process is one of the most important stages. Anthony and our team of professionals take the building of your home very seriously. Foremans and Anthony are personally on site everyday assuring quality is kept and the project is kept on schedule. Anthony will schedule meetings on site with you the customer at crucial points in the building process to make sure you are kept happy and your vision is coming to life. As Anthony’s father once said “you must take the building of a person’s home with the utmost respect and passion”. This is a motto we stand by and instill in the workers building the home. This is where our 50 years of experience come into play and transcend itself into a quality lasting product, that you can call home for years to come.

“Phase six: “The closing”
Finally, in phase five you get to see your future home all finished. All homes are move in ready at this point. With cleaning and everything all taken care of. Before move in, at Lapico we do something called the “final walk through”. This is where Anthony or a member of the Lapico team walks through the home with the customer to talk about any concerns they may have. This is also where components of the house like the furnace or electrical box are explained and shown how to use.
